Armour Classic Cars is committed to providing a professional, reliable and friendly service for our customers at all times.
Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of a non-refundable £50 reservation fee, and the full fee is payable at least 14 days prior to the wedding.
Our cars are maintained to the very highest standards and we will always do our utmost to honour any agreements. In the unlikely event that the chosen car or cars cannot be supplied due to failure or any other reason, we will endeavour to provide a similar/alternative car, or a full refund may be given.
We reserve the right to make any changes at short notice.
Armour Classic Cars will accept no liability for any subsequent losses and you will have no other claim against us.
We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy in our vehicles.
Traffic delays, breakdowns, severe weather etc., are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for these events. We therefore, reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons.
Armour Classic Cars accepts no responsibility for any accidents, loss, spillage or damage caused whilst using our vehicles/services.
We cannot accept liability for loss or damage to any luggage carried.
Clients will be responsible for any damage to the vehicles if caused by them or their guests.
Clients will be held responsible for the conduct of any passenger in the vehicles at all times.
We reserve the right to terminate the service due to unruly or abusive passengers.
Payment of deposit acknowledges
that the hirer has read and accepts our conditions in full. |
